Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–4 business days. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx; transit time is typically 7–11 business days. Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days from the order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum requirement.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your package’s journey anytime.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.
What if I receive a defective product?
We’re sorry about that! Email info@irisvale.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I get my refund after returning a product?
After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within up to 7 business days (bank/payment provider dependent).
What is the process for exchanging a product?

We’re proudly based in Sheridan, Wyoming and operate exclusively online, serving customers nationwide.
Do you have a physical store I can visit?
Not yet—we’re an online-only boutique.
