Easy 30-Day Returns

The team at IRISVALE wants you to find complete satisfaction with your purchase. The return policy for women's clothing at IRISVALE includes a simple return process for dissatisfied customers.

What’s Eligible

  • The item is part of our online store collection.
  • You can initiate returns for items within 30 days after the courier delivers your package.
  • The return policy for women's apparel requires items to remain unused and unwashed while maintaining their original tags and labels and complete packaging.
  • The item cannot show any signs of use because it must remain free from makeup stains and deodorant marks and perfume scents and smoke odors and pet hair.
  • All sets and multi-piece items need to be returned with every single piece included.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: No cost to you. IRISVALE will handle return shipping costs for incorrect or damaged items during transit by sending a prepaid return label or providing disposal and return guidelines.
  • You can select between a free replacement item or a refund to your initial payment method after we verify your return approval.
  • Exchange your item at no cost for a different size or color.
  • “We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.”
  • If you ordered the wrong item or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@irisvale.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.”
  2. Securely place your item inside the original packaging, which should include all accessories, tags, and documents.
  3. Drop your package at the nearest carrier location as instructed in your return authorization email.

Refund Timing

  • Inspection: We’ll inspect your return to ensure it meets the criteria above.
  • Refund: After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within up to 7 business days (bank/payment provider dependent).

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll help process an exchange of your item.
